This is one of the more important things to know before ordering: a separate, easy-to-miss checkbox at checkout can enroll you in recurring billing instead of a one-time purchase.
The default checkout path is a one-time purchase. A separate "Subscribe & Save 10%" opt-in checkbox exists alongside it — checking that box enrolls you in monthly recurring billing handled by a separate processor, in exchange for a 10% discount.
Leave the subscription checkbox unchecked during checkout, and check your confirmation email afterward to confirm you were billed once, not enrolled in a recurring plan. If you did want the subscription, note that cancellation goes through the payment processor's separate support line, not the brand directly.
